"The women working in office (Lasandral?) I really should have asked her how to spell her name. She was there on Friday , January 8th. The regular person was out. She was so patient and helpful. I have never rented a storage space before and was totally clueless. She has to come to unit because I didn't know the blue tag was temporary lock on available units. I could not get the lock to lock, and she also had a hard time but was more than willing to help me.

lock does not work

I was promised a 5' by 10' unit, all the picture showed rectangular spaces, but I got a cutoff unit...
