It was the most affordable option.
Technically, the basement is the first floor, but it's not really climate controlled like the upper floors. They still charge you like it is though.
College Storage
We used this facility to store furniture over the summer while on break from UD. Close to campus and easily accessible.
Great storage facility very close to Dayton University Campus
Check in was a breeze, the woman at the front desk was very helpful. The facility provides inside storage units which are secure, safe and dry. The price is also very reasonable.

Very accommodating, easy move in
Amy at the front desk was extremely helpful during the whole process, and the move in process was as smooth as it could have been. The unit was the most affordable for its size and amenities in the area that I could find, most others of similar size are far more expensive, and those that come close do not seem to offer climate control.
