Great but no helping personnel
Great storage facility, easy to access and clean . Only issue is we needed help and wanted to buy a lock and nobody was able to assist, the desk was empty. Other than that, I would recommend this storage facility.
Good value - conditions could improve
Pros:
Pricing and process were fair and customer service above average. Courtesy to customer has been truly exceptional. Access hours are great. Motion detector lighting. Clean, functioning bathrooms.
Cons:
Our room has half-door to room size. Musty odor. Floors lack sealer finishing. No ramping. No motion detection for gate when exiting. (Have to get out of car and enter code to leave.)

Friendly, inexpensive, easy to deal with, this is just right for me.
