Did Not Get What I Was Told
I called an 855 number and I guess some intermediary outfit got the credit for the reservation. Regardless, that SHOULD NOT MATTER. I was told on the phone I would get a downstairs unit. I signed all the papers online. I was told when the staff called to verify my reservation they had a "cart" I could borrow. No person on-site. No cart available. Second floor unit. I had to go to Home Depot and buy a dolly for all my boxes. Also the building was swelteringly hot. The giant fan that is supposed to pull air out was obviously barely turning and burnt out; not working. Only one elevator and a very long haul from the elevator to this unit. You have to enter the code every time you get in the elevator forcing you to set down everything in your arms and pick up again everything you are trying to carry to the unit. This sucks. Not recommended.

Excellent customer service there. I don't know the young lady that works in the morning time but she has been absolutely helpful and outstanding. I believe there is no better storage place.

The storage is very well managed and clean as well. I am so happy having my stuff in this Storage.
Know what you're renting
Service was good. Facility is not great. Rolling carts rendered unusable by steps in the walkway. Only one cart for entire building. Access doors aren't accessible. Air conditioned spaces warned to be hot an humid because doors don't get closed.
For me it was still worth it because of location, but the actual facility is substandard.

Couldn't have been an easier, quicker, and seamless transaction. Great company, Becky was fantastic. Highly recommend!
