This is the first time that I rented a storege space and theperson at the desk was very helpful and it made the experience easy.
Most Outstanding Service in Bay Area
Dealing with the manager, (Ayesha, I think). Made our experience effortless. This movement of goods to a storage facility, was under stressful, heartbreaking circumstances.She guided me and gave advice where I needed, even made calls to corporate offices to insure and double check my rights, rights. Service one should be getting at the highest levels but here, in concord, is where i found that service. At a time when i truly needed help from a higher power, this lovely, well versed and educated person named Ayesha appeared.

Finally moved into a climage controlled unit, spacious, easy access!
At first, I was frustrated that manager had rented out the space I'd reserved online to another customer, not
knowing I had tried to come by earlier and even left phone message about it. I complained I did not know about
any first come, first served advisory mentioned online or elsewhere (this was the 2nd time this happened to me
trying to reserve spaces online!). We talked it out and she said she would hold the next available space at the same price I wanted. Within a few days, she called and I got the space and price I wanted and now I'm happy!
