I am so very glad that I was given an opportunity to elaborate on my my survey ratings when it came to customer service Martin was professional and attentive and very thorough. But what amazes me more was his kindness mixed with good humor. During these times this is a rarity in itself. He made my day yesterday.

Friendly staff, great facility, great price
I was able to get a great price at a great facility. The access hours are very good (6 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week, except 5 major holidays). Martin, who works there, is very friendly and accommodating. When you move in, they make a truck and driver available to you for free (one-trip limit) to help you get your things into storage.

Great Customer Service! Clean Facility.
The customer service was great. They provided a truck, with the driver to transport our items to the storage unit at no additional cost. All of the staff was very friendly. The facility was very clean and kept up. I would recommend this storage facility to others who are looking.
