nothing fancy, just good storage at a good price
Storage manager (Anne) was helpful, Found a unit that with easy access for my boat. There was a corporate computer glitch (1 star off for that) that made securing the advertised promotional rate by SpareFoot very difficult but we eventually worked thruogh that a day later.

Office staff worked with us to change our storage spaces twice with no issues!!
They even set up a appointment for me and worked with me!!
Terrific location!
The public storage on busch blvd in Columbus, OH is a convenient location for me. It's only a few minutes from I-71. It's also located in a great area just minutes from shopping and restaurants. I had the pleasure to meet a few of the staff members. Ann and Mary were polite, friendly and courteous.
Mary went above and beyond to make my storage needs as simple as possible. I was able to choose the exact storage size unit that i wanted and the monthly rate is excellent. The whole process lasted less than an hour.
I couldn't be happier!

The site Manger Hannah was very helpful and friendly. So glad she helped when I thought my belongings would never fit in one unit. She was right and I still have room. So far, no issues with this location.
