Frustrated but positive outcome
Using the kiosk was frustrating. It glitched out after the credit information was submitted. When it reloaded I was required to resign the documents and add the credit card again. Although I was extremely hot and tired the manger Kelly and the additional agent I got on the line were very helpful. Overall the unit was perfect for my needs.
