Clean and just what I needed
Clean and just what I needed. The young man that I spoke with was super helpful, patient and polite!
It was a really nice experience! Extremely clean and very safe.
The Manager (I’m sorry, I forgot her name), was exceptionally professional as well as very compassionate toward my needs. She walked me around the facility and showed me a few units. If it wasn’t for her doing that, I would have rented a much smaller unit then what I needed. I cannot say enough about how kind she was to me.

Katy is a fantastic manager! Apparently, she came on board late this summer. She explained everything easily and showed the units available. I selected an interior unit.
The systems in place are easy to follow. My only disappointment is that the exterior door going into the interior is in need of adjusting as it sticks & requires a hard bumping push to close. I actually bruised my hand! Hopefully the door will get corrected soon.
