When I inquired abut a storage space, Mike took some time to explain everything about the facility, the costs, billing and everything else I needed to know. He was GREAT! The storage space that he showed me was clean and close to the parking lot.

I had an outstanding experience at the Public Storage facility located in Rockaway, NJ. I needed help choosing between an outdoor vs an indoor unit. The manager was so helpful, taking the time to show me both units, going over the pros and cons of both. I ultimately chose the indoor unit, saving my family money as well. I highly recommend this location.
