The current Property Manager for my caility in Morris Plains, NJ, has maintained the facility far better than any previous Manager, and I have been there since 2005-2006.
The hallways and bathrooms are maintained far cleaner than ever before. Discipline is maintained against violators of product stored -- I know of at least two.
