I dealt with 3 different employees (Donald, Jay and Dage) who work in the office at SmartStop Storage in Morrisville, NC. They were very friendly and helpful and also patient. I do recommend this storage facility to other people.

I needed help completing the new dou-sign lease agreement
I had received the e-mail asking me to sign the new lease agreement and tried reading it through several times, but there seemed to be a number of places I would need to signed I found it confusing so I decided to go into the office at 150 Airport Blvd. today, 2/24/21, around 2pm and ask for help.
The gentleman at the desk listened patiently and took the time to give me the paper copy I requested then showed me where to click and sign or initial the areas on the pages that were needed.It was a big help to me and quickly dealt with while abiding by all Covid safety protocols. Many thanks! :)))
