The customer service was responsive when I first moved in and thought I had a problem with my key not working to my unit, but actually had come back the next day to the wrong row.

Very pleased with Storage Space
Everything was done on line - reserved the drive up 10'X10' space, signed the contract, paid initial fees and signed up for auto pay. Received instructions to load app on my phone to enter the facility. Have yet had a need to talk to anyone - everything worked as advertised. Like the security and attention to the cleanliness of the storage unit and the site.
The phone center is useless
The phone center is useless. They cannot come off script and hear what you are asking. I had a much better experience going directly to the site and meeting the manager.
