After having a not so great experience moving out, I got a call from the main office with an apology and agreement to refund my deposit. The unit itself was great, the customer service needs some work and I was informed they are doing so. Glad to have received a phone call to make things right.

Great service until you need something or have a questions.
I made three calls and spoke with three different customer service reps. Was told I did not have to pay the last bill that I was getting notice for. I was also told it was noted in my summary notes. I called fourth time and still owed money with a late fee. I cleaned out the next day, and left it in better shape than when I first arrived. Now they have kept my deposit after paying the rent because there was a late fee. What a mess. Customer service reps need to get trained. Was also told they spoke with the owner, if so - very bad customer relations.
