Convenient , storage unit was clean, the staff was helpful, and it was easy excess to the unit

I applied on line the next day they called me. I moved in the next day. My codes were all sent to me

Driveway was all icy; great difficulty / dangerous
Check in was good. Snow plow truck was there when i was and did not plow the
entry/exit well. I had great difficulty getting out of lot. Took 4 attempts the first time. I went and spoke to the manager about it when i came back the next day the lot was worse. It was pure ice from my car to the door to get into locker/ very dangerous, no salt or sand was put down and the exit was worse than the first day. My car almost hit the pole trying to drive away from entry pad. It took 3 attempts to punch in key pad, walk across solid slippery ice to get to my car and up the ice before the gate closed.
