Hidden charges not disclosed on the website
The website never disclosed the type of lock you need or that insurance is needed also the lack of availability, the website says 3 available units , when I ask for a different unit I was told they were taken, even if the website stated otherwise. Better customer service and support is needed.

Limited selection , extra charges,
There were other available unit’s and was told they were taken but I can still reserve two more on the website

Easy to work with, free truck.
Great space, clean. Be careful of the elevator, it closes really fast. Admin was responsive and easy to work with.
