My wife and I are extremely please with the customer service that we received, from the reservation to the rental of the storage unit. Ms. Elaine (203) 416-6179 she is extremely excellent in what she does when the custmer come to the office. She took us to see the unit, and she herself cleaned the unit for us. In Bridgeport, went with a well recommended place, happily.
I had been using two Storage places that were good, but very expensive. Moving to Bridgeport, I read reviews and decided on Public Storage on Wordin. Elaine, the mgr, is fabulous. Honest,smart, practical, no pressure and friendly. I was back at my room the next day filling it up with no surprises. Value and convenience.
Peace of Mind
Everytime we've needed to put our stuff in storage we've always gone with Public Storage, our household items are safe the facility is clean, dry and well protected. We pack our boxes away and have Peace of Mind. Customer service and rates are good, I've even recommended Public Storage to family and friends ??
