It started with an impressive early morning call back, when I had not even left a message the night before…
The staff is absolutely amazing! Since I’m not a local to NorCal and was facilitating for someone else's household items I shot off a barrage of questions which needed to be answered by management; my number was recorded and I was told I would receive a call back.
A few minutes later I received a call back from Jackie who had the most wonderful disposition. She listened attentively, was responsive, detail oriented and went above and beyond to accommodate my very challenging request. In addition, Jackie made herself available after working hours to assure my needs were met and I was 100% satisfied.
This type of customer service is rare in almost all industries today so I would like to give a huge shout out to the staff at Town Center Self- Storage, Brentwood; you have exceeded my highest expectations of customer service! Thank you Jackie!
