The movers were excellent!
The movers were excellent! They were on, friendly, extremely careful with my fragile belongings and highly professional!!
However - I'm having an *extremely difficult* time reaching the office!! I was charged for Rental Insurance and told that if I show them my rental policy I will be reimbursed. BUT - I've been unsuccessful in locating an email address to send LifeStorage a copy of my policy? I've been to their website it's listed nor is it on my policy. so, I'll have to drop off a hard copy a the office the next time I go to my storage unit (during office hours) and drop it off. Very Frustrating!!
