QUICK AND CONCISE

The process for moving in was quick and concise. I was surprised that I had to have a contact and phone number other than my own home phone. That caused a delay I think is not necessary. I don't drive around with a phone or phone book. This ought to be in the initial instructions the company provides when you first reserve. If it is in there it ought to be bold and underlined.
The lady who operates this facility is just great at helping out and getting you settled in.
