Rental storage unit
Facility and pricing is great. Moved in on Friday and tried to talk to someone in the office and nobody was available during business hours. Also, climet control building is extremely humid. I was advised to put a tarp on the concrete as it gets very wet.
Easy to work with.
Staff was helpful in generating the rental agreement.
Computer systems are a train wreck
The on-site employees are great, if you can reach them. There is a phone forwarding system that makes it difficult to reach a particular site, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find someone in the office because corporate is cutting their hours.
The reservation system is a mess, many available sites aren’t available online. The system lets you “reserve” a space 4 weeks in advance, but doesn’t actually reserve anything, it just locks in a price, because everything is first come first serve. The system will cancel the reservation after 3 weeks, potentially leaving you without a spot and with the employees unable to honor the original price.
Storage unit was bigger than expected

Very friendly service from the manager.
We are pleased with the public storage location. It seems safe for our vehicle.
