not sure how to turn on light inside the storage unit
They helped with all move in issues
The code did not come via text on move in day, but the next day they gave me the code in person. There are no markings for the spots in my area, maybe they will put that in next spring.
Crowded and condensed space, but clean and simple
Because of the nature of the facility, all of the units are crammed in pretty good. The elevator could be bigger, but the carts available on-site were a big help.
Office staff is rude
Office staff very rude. Also, what is the point of contactless check-in if yo have to go into the office anyway to get a map to find space?
