Our top priority is providing a great customer experience and you can always find one of our friendly employees to assist you with your boat, RV or self storage space. We also rent Uhaul moving trucks on-site and offer dollies to help you maneuver your belongings into your unit. For your convenience, we offer online bill pay options and 7 day a week access within our perimeter fencing and controlled gate access system.
- All temperature controlled spaces will have a 12.00 utility fee in addition to monthly rent.
-Electricity is an additional charge
-All renters are required to carry insurance on their belongings/vehicles, proof is required or we have it available for purchase
-Vehicles must come prepared with a copy of their title
- 37.00 admin fee every rental
-Outdoor parking there is an additional 32.00 outdoor management fee and 12 tag fee non refundable

Good storage facility
The storage is clean and the manager, Deb was very cordial. Good customer service.
Handicapped access is a little tough.
I am very handicaped and must use a walker. My rental space is a long walk to get to. I would love to see a sit down battery powered grocery type cart that could be available for use there. But that's just a wish. It would make a huge difference for my access and moving items from the dock to the rental space I have. I get tremendously fatigued walking so far with the push cart you have there.

Really friendly staff and clean building.
Facility is fine. Pricing is extremely misleading
$29 per month advertised for 5x10 unit
Additionally, all of these items are charged, making their advertised pricing extremely misleading:
$36 Initiation fee (ok fine)
$5 on each monthly payment unless you walk in with cash (eyeroll)
$11 temperature control fee (and all units are temp controlled, so no way to avoid it - seems like that should be included in the advertised cost)
$5 fee to mail a monthly invoice (I'm sure you're auto enrolled in this, still haven't found how to opt out)
Might as well tell people you charge $0 for the storage unit and then tack on a $29 fee for actually putting items into it if you're going to be misleading about everything else /end sarcasm
Great storage
This is great however just know all units are climate controlled and it is an extra 11 per month on a 5x10 unit. This doubled our costs. Seemed like a bait and switch but we are happy with the location and cleanliness.
