- There is an additional 12.00 climate controlled fee monthly in addition to your monthly rent.
-All renters are required to carry insurance on their belongings/vehicles, proof is required or we have it available for purchase
-Vehicles must come prepared with a copy of their title

-Outdoor parking there is an additional 32 outdoor management fee and 12 tag fee non refundable

"The storage itself was a good price for the size, and the staff was nice, however I found it to be a little stressful when moving in. People tend to block the path to move in for long periods of time, so I had to do most of my moving by walking upstairs with my items to get to my cart, which was an inconvenience."

Move-in
The storage itself was a good price for the size, and the staff was nice, however I found it to be a little stressful when moving in. Lacks accomodations
There's only 1 entrance and it's up some metal stairs through a door. Inside there is access to garage doors for unloading. Carts aren't readily accessible. The manager is not very friendly.

We like this place!
This is my second personal unit at this facility, third if you include the unit rented by the theater company I am affiliated with. I always feel that my possessions are safe here, the office staff is always great to work with, and the location is perfect for me.

after hours roof leak
Tried to pay my bill yesterday, but guy who answered the phone was very snippy asking did I know they were closed and didnt I get an email stating new hours. Last month their roof leaked getting everything on the floor wet as well as dripped down over everything. No compensation, barely acknowledged, just said they had roofers out who repaired it.
