Great place
I myself have not been to the unit. I have had helpers moving my things into storage. They have said that the unit was very clean.

Open gate
The facility is not secure. Gate reported open and still open three days later.

I had a very good experience with these guys....I coule not find my unit and the lady on the phone would not leave me until i found it

Straight forward with excellent customer service
I had some initial issues with the call center. Then I got a call from a gentleman named Slater who was particularly helpful. I was able to connect with him, even on move-in day.
