Great customer service.
Though it was closed when I arrived I was contacted mere or minutes after I called the number on the front of the facility, and within 15 minutes I had access to my unit. Great experience, and I would recommend renting a unit from them anytime.

Great value
Being able to reserve a unit online is a great plus. Staff was very helpful and professional. She also gave us a move in promotion which helped a lot. Moving and storing is a huge pain but she made it much easier and less stressful.

Great price, clean units, and AMAZING customer service!
This is the best gem for storage units I've found in Billings. It is a great price, the units are brand new and clean. They are out of town and gated. The gentleman at the front desk is such a gentleman! Answers all your questions, makes sure you understand your lease, and very professional and polite.
Overall 5 stars for this place! And I've popped around to many storage units over the last year due to the rental housing issues in Red Lodge & surrounding area.
I go to do errands in Billings every now and again, so it works perfectly!
