Doesn’t value current customers
The owner of this facility does not value his current renters. He refuses to renegotiate the rent in a down market. New customers can rent my unit for almost $100/month less than I currently pay.
BTW the customer service rep, Regina, is wonderful. The facility itself is good, just the owner is unreasonable.

Great staff, very nice facility
Arrived at the facility and was immediately greeted by the wonderful staff. All of the terms and amenities were explained to me. The unit itself was very clean and easy to access. An added perk in the unit-specific security that this facility has in place.
