Wonderful service
I really appreciated the service of the people working here during my move in. It was a stressful day for me and they all had great attitudes. Very appreciated!!!
Nobody was there
Moved in on a Friday at 3PM, in the middle of operating hours. Tried to enter the front office but nobody was there. The keypad to gain access to the front office was broken so I couldn't enter the code. I waited for 30 minutes. I was not able to use a cart (stored in the front office) to move my stuff and had to carry everything to my unit. After 15min of hauling, still nobody was there.

Great experience setting up my account: I did everything online in less than 10 minutes. All my entry codes and map had been sent via email as well as through the app.
