Gets the job done
Not the best storage facility I've used but good enough for what I need and conveniently located. Not to mention, the price was the best I found. The front desk attendant was helpful and polite too. Just bare in mind parking is almost non existent and the elevator is slow and small.

My Exceptional Customer Service experience with Public Storage began at the entry door. The Manager greeted me at the door, she knew what I wanted before she got to the counter to check for availability.

The parking is not good at all
The parking is not good at all. And that location needs more carts. However the ladies at the front desk are awesome.
