I have had several different storage units in several different states and this facility is amazing. I recommend this 100%
You don't have to remember access codes since you can open the main gate with your phone. The staff is friendly. All in all a great experience so far.
Quick and easy online process
From start to finish, I was able to do everything I need to do online. The entire process was efficient and seamless with no issues.
A bit pricey, but not bad
There were extra fees I was not told about before hand. Other than that everything was fine

The gal taking care of me, Niecie (spelling?) was one of the best, sweetest, knowledgeable, excellent customer service people I have EVER dealt with. Not only did she get me the storage unit I needed, but she listened to my take of woe as to WHY I needed a storage unit. You MUST give her a raise! A people person she is! I am SO glad I picked your facility and I only came upon by accident. Needed one in Redlandsbear my "good" daughter's. Lol
Public Storage is a great place to store your things.
I needed a storage unit that was available immediately and reasonably priced. Public Storage came through for me. I was able to book my space online even after office hours. The storage was convenient, cost-friendly, and priced well. I was paying the same price at another storage place for a smaller unit. If I ever need a storage unit again in the future, I will use them again. The staff was friendly and professional. Thank you guys for being there when I needed storage in a hurry.
