It was an easy online no contact process
great explanation of policies, etc., very pleasant staff.
staff was very good at explaining everything. The storage unit was clean, with easy access. The facility seems very security conscious and I felt the locker itself was very secure once the lock was set.
The facility that I was shown by Stephanie was clean.
Overall, the location was easy to find. And, Stephanie did an awesome job with her customer service skills.
