Kenny was great he was there for any questions that I had he made sure that I know where my unit was at made sure that my code for the gate worked I’m so glad that I got Kenny he’s the best.
Amazing Facility
I rented a space at this location and it was clean, getting upgrades and the customer service was out of this world. Shannon the property manager was so helpful and full of information.
Horrible onsite service
I booked online. My driver's license was lost, but not needed to book. However, when I lost the gate code, the person onsite refused to give me the code again without a license. When I lost my license, the soonest I could book an appointment to get it replaced was November 1st. So now I CANNOT GET TO MY BELONGINGS.
