Hard to move your belongings
Great customer service, but the facility is space less. It hard to moving in your stuffs because it inside a building. It extremely difficult to move your belongings especially if you are on 2 floor.

Actual inside dimensions should be given when we reserve space.
When getting internet pricing there should be some choice as to location. Some locations had small doors to get into larger spaces and it should be noted the size of door height and width.
