24-hour video surveillance throughout the facility
High security cylinder locks for all unit doors
Storage units that are individually alarmed and monitored
Well-lit hallways and units
Storage-to-office intercoms on each level
Onsite staff to monitor all ingress/egress to the building during office hours

Boxes, moving and packing supplies
Free use of storage carts for easy loading and unloading
An 18-high loading dock, making unloading much easier than from grade-level docks
Easy roll-up doors, offering greater clearance into each storage unit

DESIGN
Ours is the first self-storage facility in Washington to be LEED Certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. As a new generation facility, it incorporates many securities, convenience and heating features, including:
