Excellent service and good communication
So far so good.
Seems to be well managed. Counter person was very professional and friendly.
Very inconvenient
The person in the office was 20 minutes late on the day we had a reservation. She forgot to take the lock off or door so we didn't have access when we came back. We returned on Monday only to find out she wouldn't be there until 2PM.
Great customer service!
Overall, pretty good. Customer service (Leah) was excellent. The reasons I gave only three stars are: the unit was not cleaned before I moved in. The light bulb in the unit is broken and the weather seal on the roll up door is shredded and deteriorated.
