I will continue to use this facility
Appears to be well maintained. Danielle has always been professional and polite. Personally, I believe the rates are too high, especially when there is not any climate controlled units.

Customer Service is excellent
I have only been a customer for a short period of time.
I really like the convenience to be able to get into my storage unit and love the customer service

Prices too high
They were going to increase my rate for the smaller unit so I upgraded to a bigger unit now they are increasing that rate... I will be looking for another storage company!
