Very Satisfied
Staff went above and beyond to help out. However, I received my first bill due for June 1st, when I only moved into the unit on May 12th, 2023 (2 weeks ago). Maybe it was a system glitch.

Amazing!
The service was Super.
The staff has gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. They treated me like family. It was unexpected to me to see that there are still some people out there who really I mean really care about human beings. The staff has definitely renewed my trust in people. It was an amazing experience. All in all a legendary service.

it’s a scam!
Please be careful renting here. They doubled my rent immediately and told me over the phone that they falsely advertised a low number to get more sales and had always planned on doubling or tripling rental pricing. My storage unit was also not able to be locked and anyone could’ve stolen my things. It was really dirty and there was mold on the wall. I’ve never met the employees and they weren’t in the office even during the hours when they were supposed to be. Maybe I just had a bad experience but this company seems like a scam.
