Easy process
Easy to reserve, move in! Nice facility with coded access. Flat beds to move your items! Friendly staff!
Difficult with moving semi and needing to keep road access

Extremely secure
I just moved my stuff into storage a couple of days ago and facility is clean and the people working there are friendly. The only thing that sucked was having to put in the code again to go up the elevator which can be tedious when moving in a 26 foot truckload of stuff. I do understand its for security and I doubt I'll mind it when going back to get something or check on our stuff, but during moveing day it prolonged the process. Aside from that I have no complaints.
