Great location
Great location, just off the highway. Location has many cameras so pretty safe to store things and to know it’s been covered all around. The only downside is down the hill so getting out during winter would be a challenge.
Check in was convoluted
Because we are Australians the check in was complicated. The woman who came online and helped was good though, so it was sorted in the end.

The location is very good and convenient, the staff are very enthusiastic, and patiently explain the problem
Not the correct unit I reserved
This was not the unit I reserved as well as being given the wrong building # and unit #. Movers were there while I’m paying them and we all tried to contact… NOT good. I would never recommend.
